Terms of Service

Zeta Arise provides digital services including but not limited to: • Custom website development • Custom software development • CRM & ERP systems • WordPress development • Landing page design • UI/UX design • SEO optimization • Salesforce integration • PHP & MySQL development • Python automation • API integrations • Web security solutions • Linux server setup • AI-based web solutions • Hosting & deployment All services are provided remotely. Final deliverables, scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals.

All projects begin with a written proposal outlining: • Project scope and deliverables • Timeline and milestones • Payment schedule • Revision policy By making a deposit payment, you agree to the project proposal. Changes to scope after project commencement may affect timeline and pricing. All scope changes must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) and approved by both parties.

Deposit: Projects require 50% deposit before commencement. For smaller projects under $300, full payment may be required upfront. Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files and live deployment are delivered. Large Projects: Milestone-based payments may be agreed upon (typically 30% start, 40% mid, 30% completion). Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking), PayPal, Western Union. Late Payments: Projects may be paused if payments are overdue by more than 7 days. Access to delivered work may be restricted until full payment is received.

Free Revisions: Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal (typically 2–3 rounds for design, 1–2 for development). Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate agreed upon in the proposal. Scope Changes: Adding new features or significantly changing requirements after development has begun constitutes a change request and may be billed separately.

Timelines are estimated in good faith based on project scope. Delays caused by: • Client's delayed feedback or approval • Late content or asset delivery • Requirement changes • Force majeure events ...are not the responsibility of Zeta Arise and may extend the timeline accordingly. We commit to communicating any delays proactively and working to minimize impact.

Client Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project. Third-Party Components: Projects may include open-source libraries, WordPress themes, plugins, or stock assets. These remain subject to their respective licenses. Portfolio Rights: Zeta Arise reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement. Pre-existing IP: Any code frameworks, utilities, or design systems developed by Zeta Arise prior to the project remain our intellectual property, though the client receives a perpetual license to use them in their project.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or any data you provide with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

What We Guarantee: • Deliverables will match the agreed project scope • Code will be clean, documented, and maintainable • All security best practices will be followed • Websites will be tested across major browsers and devices • SEO foundation will be implemented as discussed What We Cannot Guarantee: • Specific search engine rankings (SEO results vary by competition and algorithm changes) • Specific conversion rates or sales results • Continued compatibility with third-party services beyond our control • 100% uptime of third-party hosting or services

Zeta Arise's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for: • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities • Data loss due to hosting issues beyond our control • Damages caused by third-party services • Indirect or consequential damages By engaging our services, you agree to this limitation.

All projects include a post-launch support period as defined in the project proposal (typically 30–90 days). During this period, we fix any bugs or issues directly related to our work at no additional cost. Ongoing maintenance, new features, and support beyond the included period are available through separate maintenance agreements.

By Client: You may terminate a project at any time. The deposit is non-refundable. Work completed to date may be billed at a pro-rated rate. See our Refund Policy for details. By Zeta Arise: We reserve the right to terminate a project if: • The client engages in abusive behavior • Payment obligations are not met after reasonable notice • The project violates legal or ethical standards

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For clients in Kuwait and the Gulf, we mutually agree that disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably.
